Mr. Kapil Bhatia is the Executive Chairman for InterGlobe Enterprises. An early entrant in the travel industry, Mr. Bhatia began his career as a Sales Manager for an IATA agency. In 1964, he founded Delhi Express Travels, which gradually developed into a group of travel related organizations. He continued as the Managing Director of Delhi Express Travels for over 25 years.
InterGlobe Enterprises has grown from a single enterprise to a formidable travel corporation as a result of Mr. Bhatia’s foresight and the confidence he has displayed in his team.
Mr. Bhatia is an active member of various industry associations. He served on the Board of Directors of Andhra Bank Ltd and Punjab National Bank, and has been the Chairman of the Tourism and Aviation Committee of ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India). Last year also saw him as the Chairman of Delhi Golf Club, one of the premier golf clubs in India. |

Mr. Rahul Bhatia is the Group Managing Director for InterGlobe Enterprises. He laid the foundation for the enterprise in 1989 with its flagship business of Air Transport Management. It is under his able captainship that the enterprise has diversified manifold and is a preferred and trusted partner today for leading travel and technology companies globally.
Owing to his penchant for developing and assimilating new technologies of tomorrow, he has led the development of a number of new businesses in the travel domain and continues to oversee recent diversification into aviation and hospitality. His success mantra is four fold: Conviction, Risk Taking, Relationships and Planning & Operational Excellence.
Mr. Bhatia holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. During his time at the University, he worked for two years with IBM, and was involved in the pilot project to establish a fully automated screen manufacturing plant. |

Mr. Michael Whitaker is the Group Chief Executive Officer - Travel, Technology & General Aviation Services for InterGlobe Enterprises and a Member of the Executive Committee. He is responsible for driving four key businesses of InterGlobe Enterprises – InterGlobe Air Transport, InterGlobe Technologies, InterGlobe Technology Quotient and InterGlobe General Aviation.
Mr. Whitaker is credited with a wealth of industry experience; his last assignment was with United Airlines in Chicago, where he was serving as Senior Vice President – Alliances, International and Regulatory Affairs. He successfully led the global expansion of United’s international route and alliance network for 15 years.
A lawyer by training, he has been in the airline business for nearly 20 years, first in New York and Washington with TWA, then with United Airlines in Washington and Chicago. He was a member of the management board and strategy committee of Star Alliance, and was instrumental in the successful growth of that venture.
Mr. Whitaker has a juris doctorate degree (cum laude) in law from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and a bachelor’s degree in political science and French from the University of Louisville, where he graduated with high honors. He has taught courses in American government, comparative politics and international law at the University of Louisville, and international trade law at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago. |

Mr. Aditya Ghosh is the President for IndiGo and a Member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Ghosh has the overall responsibility of IndiGo – India’s largest low-fare airline and the fastest growing airline in India. Prior to this, he was serving as General Counsel for InterGlobe Enterprises and has been instrumental in the management of the Group’s businesses and formulation of growth strategies.
Prior to InterGlobe, he practiced corporate law with the law firm, J. Sagar Associates and the leading intellectual property law firm of K&S Partners (formerly Kumaran & Sagar). He taught aspects of Indian Insurance law to students of full-time post-graduate management program at the Fore School of Management, New Delhi, during 2001-2003.
Mr. Ghosh has had extensive experience in advising and assisting in several complex multi-jurisdictional cross-border transactions in India and abroad. Over the years, he has also developed specialized expertise in certain areas such as information technology, aviation and infrastructure.
Mr. Ghosh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law(LL.B) and History from Delhi University. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association. He is also a member of the Executive Council of the Federation of Indian Airlines. |

Mr. Vipul Doshi is the CEO for InterGlobe Technologies (IGT) and is responsible for the IT and BPO operations of the business. He has successfully led IGT’s growth over the past several years, resulting in IGT being selected in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 (India) list of organizations for three consecutive years and numerous other industry awards.
He has over 19 years of industry experience in technology and consulting and has been associated with reputed organizations in the USA and India such as Ernst & Young, US Interactive, BDM International, Ogden Systems and Kanbay Software. His areas of technical expertise include offshore development, e-business consulting, ERP implementation, and client server and mainframe technologies.
Mr. Doshi holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clemson University, USA and an MBA from George Mason University, USA. |

Mr. Siddhanta Sharma is the President & CEO for InterGlobe Air Transport. He is responsible for all strategic decisions relating to the air transport and retail business. Prior to this, he was serving as Executive Director – Corporate Affairs for InterGlobe Enterprises.
Mr. Sharma is credited with 30 years of cross-industry experience, focused on setting up and heading various projects for Indian and trans-national companies. Prior to joining InterGlobe, he was the Executive Chairman for the low-fare airline Spicejet. He has been the Managing Director of Westmill Foods, India (subsidiary of Associated British Foods plc) and Country Head and Commercial Director of Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine India (subsidiary of Allied Domecq plc).
Mr. Sharma is a science graduate, fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mr. J.B. Singh is the President & CEO for InterGlobe Technology Quotient (ITQ), the official distributor of Galileo and Worldspan in India and certain Asia Pacific markets. He is credited with rich industry experience spanning over 24 years in various travel organizations.
Prior to working with Worldspan, he was associated with Jet Air, where he held various positions including GM North India and Head of Jet Air Tours. He has also worked with Scandinavian Airlines in the capacity of function head for their sales and marketing operations in India, and with British Airways, where he served eleven years of his early career.
Mr. Singh’s name is synonymous with innovation, growth and change in the travel industry. He is currently nominated as the President of SKAL Club’s Delhi chapter, the second largest chapter in the world.

Mr. Nigel Harwood is the President & CEO for InterGlobe General Aviation. He is responsible for leading the business to transform General Aviation in India, with a world class facility and a dedicated team.
He is credited with over 25 years of rich experience in the aviation industry, holding several senior leadership positions with Rolls-Royce, Airbus (Head of Sales - Asia) and Kingfisher Airlines (COO). He successfully spearheaded the second largest engine deal of US$1.2bn for Rolls Royce when Singapore Airlines signed-up for Trent 900 engines to power the A380. He has played an instrumental role in spurring the Indian aviation industry’s rapid growth by leading the sales of Airbus aircraft.
Mr. Harwood holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the UK.

Mr. Uttam Dave is the President & CEO for InterGlobe Hotels. He is also the Head of Development for Accor Hotels - India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Mr. Dave is a leading hospitality and tourism industry expert with more than 25 years of development, planning and management experience.
Prior to joining InterGlobe, he was the CEO for Pannell Kerr Forster Consultants, India. During his career, he has been associated with leading companies such as Tourism Futures and Choice Hotels India. He was also the Founding Partner of AK Dave & Associates, India’s first full service tourism and hospitality consulting practice.
The Indian Government appointed Mr. Dave to the Working Group on Tourism for the 10th Five Year Plan (2002-2007), and he has served on the apex National Tourism Advisory Council. He is also the author of a document entitled “India’s National Tourism Strategy 2002-2020” undertaken for the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
Mr. Dave has a Master of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA, and Master of Arts degree from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. |

Mr. Harish K. Gandhi is the Group Head-HR for InterGlobe Enterprises and a Member of the Executive Committee. He is credited with successfully partnering the organization’s business strategy with credible people initiatives. His transformational leadership has been recognized by the Asia Pacific HR Congress in the Global HR Excellence Awards, 2007-08 by awarding him the HR Leadership Award.
Mr. Gandhi has a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years in business critical HR roles with leading corporates such as C-DOT and Bharti-Airtel. He has spearheaded various senior level HR positions in Airtel during his 10 year tenure with the organization; in his last assignment he was Senior Vice President-HR, heading HR operations for their North-based businesses.
He holds a degree in Management and a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University.

Mr. Anil Parashar is the Group CFO for InterGlobe Enterprises and a Member of the Executive Committee. He has led transformational transactions for the enterprise including the purchase of Worldspan in India. He successfully demonstrated his financial acumen by leading InterGlobe through various stages of its evolution.
He is responsible for providing strategic and financial leadership to all the Group businesses.
Mr. Parashar is credited with over 30 years of rich work experience with leadership positions at Swiss Air, Associated Cement Company and Delhi Express Travels. He holds a professional degree in Chartered Accountancy. |

Ms. Neena Gupta is the Group General Counsel for InterGlobe Enterprises and is responsible for providing legal advisory to various Group businesses for all commercial agreements and transactions.
She has practiced corporate law for over 8 years with top notch law firms of J. Sagar Associates and AZB & Partners. Her areas of expertise include advising clients in various sectors including real estate, IT, aviation, travel, energy and retail. She holds transactional experience in private equity investments, M&A situations and employment related issues.
Ms. Gupta is a member of Bar Council of Delhi and Delhi High Court Bar Association. She is a Management Graduate in Marketing and Human Resources Management from Fore School of Management, Delhi, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and History from Delhi University. |

Mr. Gagan Bakshi is Director – Mergers & Acquisitions for InterGlobe Enterprises and is responsible for all M&A activities in existing lines of business and for developing InterGlobe’s diversification strategy.
He is credited with 8 years of Investment Banking experience with Credit Suisse in providing M&A advisory, and Equity and Debt capital raising for clients in the energy, power, chemicals, aviation, travel and technology sectors. Prior to Credit Suisse, he has worked with leading textile companies in the US for about 6 years in various roles ranging from production management to new product development.
Mr. Bakshi holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA, an MS degree from the University of Georgia, USA, and a B. Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. |
