Total Experience: Min 7 Years of overall Cabin Crew experience, of which at least 02 years in the appointment of Check Cabin Crew / or 03 years in the appointment of Cabin Crew In-Charge (Lead Cabin Attendant)
Training experience (including that of SEP) is not mandatory, though the candidate need to display an in-depth understanding of Safety and Emergency Procedures.
To assist in the management of the following programs: Basic Indoctrination, Aircraft Type, Emergency, Recurrent Training and Drills on a needs basis.
Develop, create, execute, train and test all modules pertaining to SEP in accordance to the relevant DGCA CAR, approved training manual and company guidelines.
To ensure that the processes of training meet regulatory compliances (all times) as stated by the DGCA.
To ensure the execution of training plans and programs are properly followed as per the DGCA and the organizations requirements.
