What should my application indicate?

Can I send in a general application if I don’t find a relevant job profile as of now?
| You may send us a general application to express your interest to join InterGlobe. However, please be advised that due to the volume of candidate applications we receive, those that are specific applications for an advertised 'current vacancy' will be given priority. We will retain your details in our system so that we may contact you again in future should a relevant vacancy become available in your preferred field and location. |

By when can I expect a response to my application?
| We try to process all applications as soon as possible. Local candidates with relevant experience can expect a response within one business day. Outstation candidates may expect a response within a week's time. |

How would I know if I am short-listed?
| If your profile matches our requirements, you would receive a call from our HR representative who will spend some time with you on the phone discussing your background and experience. This is also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions you may have about the role in question. Following the phone screen, the HR representative will let you know if you have been short-listed for interviews and next steps. |

What is the interview process like?
| A short-listed local candidate will be invited in for some initial discussions, progressing through one or two rounds of interviews. These interviews could be one-on-one or by panel. If you are an outstation candidate, we will contact you for a telephonic interview and further processing will be done thereafter. |

Tell me more about the interview process?
| Interviews are an opportunity for you to have an in-depth discussion with the interviewer about your background, demonstrated skills and experience. In particular, we are interested in having genuine and candid conversations with people about what they want to achieve in their careers, and deciding together whether or not InterGlobe is an environment that matches your expectations. |

 |
If I am short listed, will I have to take a test?
| Depending upon the profile, you may be required to take a written test on basic travel and technology skills or an online psychometric test to assess your current level of competencies against required InterGlobe competencies. Your performance on this test will decide further processing of your candidature. |

|
| |
 |
How long does the process take before a decision has been made?
| This depends on the role, availability of the interview panel and how many people have been short-listed for interviews. If you have been unsuccessful at the interview, our HR representative will usually advise you within 48 hours. If you have been successful in the interview, the HR representative will let you know the anticipated time frame we expect to progress with your application. |
