By focusing on efficiency, scale, and speed, we significantly reduced construction cost despite inflation, while also setting new standards for the industry in time-to-build.

Our acoustic engineering ensures tranquillity with double‑glazed windows to block external noise, while thickly carpeted corridors minimize internal disturbances. The signature Sweet Bed™ by ibis (featuring plush pillows, a super‑soft duvet, a high‑tech mattress that adapts to the body, and a luxurious topper) has redefined rest. Complementing this, locally inspired artwork celebrates the uniqueness of each city, weaving culture into the guest experience.
