This position is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the station by establishing and implementing processes and procedures for efficient processing of passengers, baggage, cargo and mail activities to maximize profitability.
a) Manage, lead and direct local sales team.
b) Set sales strategy and manage its execution.
c) Lead the sales team in new business development.
d) Responsible for selling the company’s products and services within assigned Area.
e) Employ selling techniques and negotiating strategies to achieve sales goals from assigned accounts.
f) Responsible for effective management of sales resources to maximize revenues and control cost of sale.
g) Develop a sales plan for each assigned account to achieve corporate sales and distribution objectives.
h) Maintain productive, tangible programs or agreements with assigned accounts and functions as a strategic and consultative sales professional.
i) Responsible for the development, analysis and negotiation of incentive programs to garner incremental revenue and market share.
j) Interpret account revenue and share reports to determine problems and opportunities for improvements.
k) Keep abreast of industry activities, company strategies, and technological/product development.
