Job Key Information

This profile is an integral part of the Asset Management function which is responsible for reviewing and supervising all operational hotels in the portfolio covering Operating/P&L performance, property maintenance, ensuring implementation of key strategic initiatives to improve performance as well as working on annual budgets, regular forecasts, maintaining database of financial and non-financial information, and working on the PR and Marketing plans for the hotels.

Job Requirements

This profile also assists the development function responsible for portfolio expansion by acquiring new properties and strategizing business plan of the organization.

Skills Required

• Working with Senior Asset Management Team to review revenue and costs, markets factors and demand and supply which would help in assessing the performance expectations for the coming year.
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Understanding of hotel P&L and USHA
• Good command over real estate and hospitality projects financial modelling
• Understanding of real estate (commercial & retail) and hospitality market
