Job Key Information

Plan and supervise the execution of all wet training programs for CSTPL ATO (Approved Training Organization) customers in complete compliance to the approved training program and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

- Maintenance of the training records for the training staff and student clients.
- Validating pre-requisites for all clients in compliance with DGCA requirements.
- Preparation of training documentation as required.
- Liaison with the quality auditor on matters concerning the quality assurance.
- Briefing and debriefing clients on the first and last day of training.
- General office management of the ATO.
- Acting as invigilator during Theoretical Knowledge Exam.
- Plan and co-ordinate for DE/FOI (Flight Operation Inspector) for student endorsement checks (CA-40/41) (License/Type Rating Skill Test/IR PPC Form for Commercial Aeroplanes with AUW exceeding 5700 kgs) which is taken by FOI/DE.
- Act as interface between students and the ATO.
- Supply intended amendments and revisions to training manual to the DGCA.
- To plan initial & recurrent ground training for instructors.
- Review of circulars and DGCA CARs (Civil Aviation Regulations) to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Acting always to support the company’s methods, values, and culture
- Responsible to ensure that ATO instructor’s licenses /approvals/ratings etc. are valid and current as per the applicable regulations
- Carrying out any other duties as per the HOT(Hold over time) instructions, from time to time may be required

Skills Required

• Educational Qualifications:-
  
  - Should be a graduate in aeronautical /aviation related field.
  - Prior experience as training administrator/training manager in an ATO/airline is preferred.

  - 5-8 years’ experience
