Moreover, the Enterprises has been adjudged ‘The Best Company in the Transportation industry’, second year in a row, and second best in ‘The Best Recruitment, Selection and Induction Category’.

InterGlobe has been ranked 27th in this study which is conducted every year by the Great Place to Work&#174 Institute, in partnership with The Economic Times. The survey measures employee responses to the Great Place to Work Trust Index and the Culture Audit that assesses the people practices prevalent in the organizations.

With a worldwide presence for over 20 years, Great Place to Work Institute has been known for its excellence in studying and recognizing best workplaces globally. The Study, conducted by Great Place to Work Institute, covered more than 500 companies making it the largest study in India. This study is an annual audit conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute, covering more than a couple of hundred companies across a wide array of critical processes ranging from recruitment, performance management systems, learning and development, rewards and recognition, compensation and benefits, and leadership development. The study also includes an employee survey, which measures the level of trust, pride, and camaraderie within the workplace, and a culture audit, involving management responses, which showcases the overall culture of the organization.
