The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from aiding in account management, contract negotiation, revenue generation, reporting, and customer relations.
a) Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer accounts (agencies, TMCs and corporates)
b) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships in online as well as offline markets with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives
c) Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize sales and revenue
d) Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
e) Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
f) Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales revenue targets
g) Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly or quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
h) Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
i) Collaborate with sales team to identify and growth opportunities within territory
j) Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
