Job Key Information

The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from aiding in account management, contract negotiation, revenue generation, reporting, and customer relations.

Job Requirements

a) Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer accounts (agencies, TMCs and corporates)
b) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships in online as well as offline markets with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives
c) Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize sales and revenue
d) Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
e) Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
f) Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales revenue targets
g) Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly or quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
h) Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
i) Collaborate with sales team to identify and growth opportunities within territory
j) Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.

Skills Required

  • BA/BS/ BCom degree or equivalent Professional experience in travel trade/ airline sales or customer service role.
  • Ability to work proactively in fast paced, dynamic environments, confident to flex priorities and tasks easily
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills, able to create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial understanding
  • Robust MS office skills ---MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Ability to travel to our offline markets
  • A phenomenal teammate and the ability to work in a fast paced and pressurized environment
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
