Job Key Information

Assist processing of Purchase Orders for all projects by floating Queries, collection of Quotations, making Comparatives, Logic Notes, Purchase orders, issuance of required forms etc.

Job Requirements

a) Build effective processes for reduced turnaround time
b) Coordination of day-to-day Procurement works including timely orders, timely delivery of material at site, timely settlement of Invoice, and alternate materials and sources.
c) Provide necessary documentary help and guidance to all site teams as required.
d) Interaction with all departments at IGH – Gurgaon and all project sites for all issues related to procurement.
e) Maintenance of fully updated records of documentation related to all procurement documents for all projects at all times and to keep the reporting manager fully updated on all procurement matters at all times.

Skills Required

  • Working knowledge of procurement related to hospitality industry.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power point
  • Procurement process documentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • A Graduate degree from an accredited university
  • Team work skills, Time management, Communication skills & attention to Detail
  • 5 – 7 Years of relevant work experience
