Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions to maximize revenue segments & promote ITQ products.
Business Profitability
a) Achieve individual as well as station targets
b) Ensure presence and coverage of all accounts
c) Respond to and follow up sales enquiries. Conduct live Demo's of the products
d) Advising on forthcoming product developments
e) Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Customer Acquisition & Retention
a) Maintain relationships and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support
b) Increase market share in the accounts assigned
c) Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
d) Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments & information
Compliance
a) Update the sales report on a daily basis in Sales force (Sales MIS)
b) Analyze the reports periodically (Daily / Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly)
c) Responsible for generation of the sales and market information / Competition information on a regular basis
d) Monitor productivity & update customers monthly
Developing Self
a) Complete functional & Behavioural trainings as per schedule
b) Keep update with the latest product knowledge
