This position is responsible for identifying new and covering existing market segments; make sales calls and presentations, formulate sales procedures and implement them; and thereby achieve given revenue targets for the assigned Product.
a) Revenue Targets: Responsible for achieving assigned revenue target for multiple products (Air & non-Air) by using agreed upon sales strategies with reporting Manager.
b) Ensure the implementation of aggressive sales strategies.
c) Networking/Business Development: Maintain strong business relationships with existing customers and to develop new customers on an ongoing basis
d) Undertake sales calls on a regular basis.
e) Customer Handling: Ensure that sales are conducted in a professional and profitable manner by giving timely feedback to clients on open issues.
f) Ensure that efficient after sales service is provided to the customer by the customer services staff.
g) Handle customer complaints as per the policy of the airline.
h) Market Updates: Provide feedback on market/product information to the reporting Manager.
